Disclaimer
Last updated: July 2026
This Disclaimer forms an integral part of the Terms of Service and is incorporated by reference. It specifically addresses the limitations of liability and warranties related to the code generated by Scaffolder.net.
1. Nature of the Service
Scaffolder.net is a deterministic code generation tool that produces source code files based on user-defined domain models. The Service uses fixed templates and deterministic logic — it does not use Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, or any probabilistic generation mechanism.
The Service is a development productivity tool, not a certified software vendor, auditor, or consultant. The Operator is not a party to any software development, deployment, or distribution process that you undertake with the Generated Code.
2. No Warranty on Generated Code
- Compilability: While the Operator strives to generate compilable code, the Operator does not guarantee that the Generated Code will compile in your specific environment, with your specific SDK version, or after your modifications.
- Runtime correctness: The Operator does not guarantee that the Generated Code will execute without errors, produce correct results, or behave as expected in your specific context.
- Security: The Generated Code is not security-audited, penetration-tested, or certified. It may contain vulnerabilities, insecure patterns, or configurations that could lead to data breaches or other security incidents. You are solely responsible for performing security audits and penetration testing before any deployment.
- Performance: The Operator does not guarantee any level of performance, scalability, or responsiveness for applications built with the Generated Code.
- Compliance: The Generated Code is not certified for compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or any other regulatory, security, or industry standard. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Non-infringement: While the Operator uses original templates, the Operator cannot guarantee that modifications you make to the Generated Code, or combinations with third-party libraries, will not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
- Completeness: The Generated Code is a starting point. It may lack features, edge case handling, or domain-specific logic that your application requires. You are responsible for adding, modifying, and completing the code as needed.
3. Your Sole Responsibility
- You are the sole owner and responsible party for all software built using or derived from the Generated Code;
- You must perform comprehensive code review, unit testing, integration testing, security auditing, and performance testing before any deployment;
- You must ensure that the Generated Code, as used or modified by you, complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to your application and jurisdiction;
- You must secure, configure, and monitor all infrastructure, databases, and services connected to applications built with the Generated Code;
- You must obtain all necessary licenses for any third-party dependencies, NuGet packages, or libraries included in or added to the Generated Code;
- You indemnify and hold the Operator harmless from all consequences, claims, and damages arising from your use or deployment of the Generated Code.
The Operator has no involvement in, knowledge of, or control over how you use, modify, deploy, or distribute the Generated Code. The Operator bears no responsibility for any outcome, whether direct or indirect, of such use.
4. No Professional Advice
The Service, Generated Code, documentation, and any communication from the Operator do not constitute legal, security, architectural, or professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals for advice specific to your situation before making decisions based on the Generated Code.
5. Third-Party Dependencies
- Changes, vulnerabilities, or breaking changes in third-party libraries;
- The behavior, performance, or security of third-party libraries;
- Compatibility of third-party library versions with future .NET releases;
- Any license obligations imposed by third-party libraries.
You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the licenses of all third-party dependencies.
6. No Endorsement
The Operator does not endorse or certify any application built with the Generated Code. The presence of a download from Scaffolder.net does not constitute a warranty or representation by the Operator about the quality, safety, or legality of your application.
7. Survival
This Disclaimer survives termination of your account, these Terms of Service, and any discontinuation of the Service. The limitations of liability and warranties set forth here apply regardless of how the Generated Code is used, modified, distributed, or deployed.
